At Allergy Home Store we want to make the buying process as easy as possible. This is why we’ve got a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee – if you’re not happy with your purchase or want to exchange your product, just let us know and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
How It Works:
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return it to us within 30 days and once approved, we will go ahead and process the refund. You are only responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product to us.
- 1. You need a Return Authorization (RA) number, reach out to us here or call us directly at 1-800-123-4567
- 2. Once you obtain the RA number, we will give you instructions on how to return the product to us. This will include the shipping label and which shipping carrier options you have, you’re responsible for the shipping costs.
- 3. You will have up to 2 weeks to return the product to us from when the return was approved.
- 4. The manufacture will receive and inspect the product and once they confirm that it is not damaged and can be re-sold, we will process the refund. Expect the credit card you used to pay for the product to be refunded with 48-72 hours.

When you send the product, it must include all original products, manuals, boxes and accessories completely undamaged. If we determine that the product is damaged in any way or that items are missing, you may be charged a fee up to the full value of the purchase. You must return the product within 2 weeks of receiving the return authorization number to qualify for a refund/exchange. Unless it was an error done on our end, you are responsible for all return shipping fees.
