The Airpura C600 is a high-quality air cleaner that helps fight chemicals. There are many airborne chemicals that are damaging your indoor air, for example, ammonia from cleaning products and formaldehyde from furniture to name a few. The Airpura C600 was specifically created to fight against all of your chemical abatement concerns.
Airpura C600 vs. C600 DLX – What’s the difference?
Both versions can be used in a residential or commercial capacity with its primary focus being to eliminate air borne chemicals as well as odors. The C600 contains a true HEPA filter and 26 pounds of carbon.
The C600 DLX is an upgraded version that addresses long term chemical emissions. For example, this version fights dangerous chemicals that are caused by toxic drywall. Specifically, this drywall can expose you to unhealthy levels of hydrogen sulfide gas. The C600 DLX, has an activated carbon bed to help fight this gas.
Both units help remove:
- Airborne chemicals such as: ammonia, pesticides, hydrogen sulfide, VOCs, formaldehyde, to name a few.
- Dust, mold spores, and pet dander.
- Tobacco smoke, gases, viruses, bacteria, pollen, and more
State of the Art Filtration System:
- Pre-Filter - In the first stage, particles are captured, should be changed once a year.
- Carbon-Filter – Here tobacco smoke, odors, and other chemicals are absorbed from the air, leaving you with a cleaner, healthier indoor air quality. This filter typically needs to be replaced every 2 years.
- HEPA Filter - Lastly, the HEP filter helps trap all other particles and carbon dust. Typically, should be replaced once a year.
